Public Notice This is to inform the general public that: For the property situated on the land of Final Plot Number-1905 (Old Survey Number-338) of T.P. Scheme Number-1/B, in the limits of Bodedhev village of Ghatlodiya Taluka, Sub-District Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar), Registration District Ahmedabad. The property belonging to "Surabhi (Thaltej) Co. Op. Hsg. Society Ltd." known as "Surya Ketu Tower", in Block Number-A, Sixth Floor (Seventh Floor as per the approved plan), Flat Number-A/602, measuring 275 sq. ft., is jointly owned and occupied by Vandana Satish Taparia and Tradhi Mahipal Taparia, members of the Society, free from any encumbrances. They have approached us for a certificate confirming the clear and marketable title of the said property. Therefore, if anyone has any kind of claim, interest, share, right, or encumbrance on the said property, they are hereby requested to inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with necessary evidence. Failure to do so will be considered as an acceptance that the said property is free from any kind of claim, interest, share, right, or encumbrance by any other person, and we will issue a title clearance certificate for the said property.
