Jater Notice In the land located in the village of Bapod, Taluka J. Vadodara, Survey No. 916, TP Scheme No. 4, Final Plot No. 20 and 48, in the “Shabab (Gajanand) Co. Op. Housing Society Ltd.”, the property belonging to Hemantkumar Jamnadas Majmudar, owner of flat no. C-6, with a plot size of 1200 sq.ft. and building area of 650 sq.ft. is in his direct possession and enjoyment, and he is the sole owner. The property is being sold to our client and therefore, our client has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us. It is hereby notified through this public notice that, If any person or institution has any right or interest of any kind over the above-mentioned property, then they should submit their objections in writing with documentary evidence within 06 days of the publication of this notice.
