This is to inform the public by our client that the land located at Survey No. 4 and 5, TP Scheme No. 1, in the village of Odhav, in the Taluka of Vatva (Old Taluka: City), District: Ahmedabad, belonging to “Patel Dwarakadas Co-op. Housing Society Ltd.,” which is currently known as “Jeevan Jayot Society,” has a property with Row-House No. C/177. This property was purchased by our client's husband, Mr. Bharatbhai Dhanjibhai Rajput, from Mr. Rudrabhadur S. Gurung on 08/08/2005 based on sale and power of attorney documents. The share certificate of this property bears the number 1381 to 1385, with share number 277. This certificate consisted of five shares, each valued at Rs. 50/-. The original share certificate was in the possession of our client, but it has been lost or misplaced and is currently unavailable. Therefore, it is being notified to the public that if anyone has any claim, right, share, interest, or any relation to this property based on the original share certificate, or any bank or institution has any loan or encumbrance on this property, they should submit written proof along with attested copies to the below address via Registered A.D. within 7 (seven) days of this notice being published. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of a duplicate share certificate to our client by the society, after which no further objections will be entertained.
