Public Notice Jat Registration District Ahmedabad Sub-District Ahmedabad - 7 (Odhav) Land located in the block/survey no. 56/2 in the village Moje Odhv of Navatva Taluka, measuring 7689 square meters, which is included in TP Scheme No. 1 and allotted Final Plot No. 224. Jugal Kalpeshkumar Jani The above mentioned individuals have claimed joint ownership, possession, and enjoyment of the land. They have requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us regarding the said land. Any person having any right, claim, lien, mortgage, lease, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, encumbrance, or any other right or interest, share or encumbrance over the said land, is requested to submit a written notice along with proof to the undersigned at the address mentioned below within 8 days of the publication of this notice. Failing to do so, it will be assumed that no person has any claim, right, share, encumbrance etc., over the said land, and based on that assumption, we will issue a Title Clearance Certificate certifying that the title of our client is clear, right, marketable, and free from any dispute.
