This land is owned, possessed and enjoyed by the above mentioned owners jointly and is free from any encumbrances. The owners have decided to sell the land to our client and have requested us to obtain a Title Clearance Certificate for the same. Therefore, any person claiming any right, claim or interest in the said land by way of sale, mortgage, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement or inheritance, or by any other means, should file a written notice with proof (no objection without proof will be considered) within seven days from the publication of this notice at the below address.
