Public Notice This is to inform the public that, Purna Bhai Chaturbhai Ranghani and Mavjibhai Chaturbhai Ranghani, residents of Mukam Khun, Taluka Dholera, District Ahmedabad, have applied to us for a title clearance certificate for the land they are selling, which is situated in the village of Otariya, Taluka Dholera, District Ahmedabad, according to the new survey number 492 (old survey number 414/16 part 27) of the re-survey, and has an area of 17199 square meters, with an account number of 1045. This land was previously agricultural and is included in draft town planning scheme no. 2. This land has been allocated final plot number 816. The land is jointly owned and possessed by them, free of any encumbrance. If any person, bank, firm or organization has any kind of claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance on the said land, they should inform us in writing within seven days of the publication of this notice, along with evidence, by registered post at the following address. If they fail to do so, we will assume that there is no claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, or if there was, it has been relinquished, and we will issue a title clearance certificate for the said land.
