The said land is jointly owned, possessed, enjoyed and is free from all types of encumbrances. The owners of the said land have requested for a title clearance certificate for the said land. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, share, interest, right of occupancy, leasehold right, encumbrance, dispute, or any court proceedings ongoing regarding the said land, or if any government, bank, or any other person or institution has any claim on the said land, or if there is any deed, agreement, sale deed, possession deed, lease deed, right of occupancy transfer agreement, occupancy agreement, sale document, power of attorney, writing, etc. regarding the said land, then please inform us in writing with a certified true copy at the following address within 07 (seven) days from the date of this notice.
