Vasantben Jorabhai, 8. Sajaben Dilipsinh’s Widow, 9. Sonalben Jorabhai, All residents of Ahmedabad, have applied for a title clearance certificate for the land belonging to them, situated in village Paldi-Kankaj, Taluka Dascroi, District Ahmedabad, measuring 0-35-23 hectares or 3523 sq.m, bearing old survey no. 51 and new survey no. 455(001) as per the revenue records, under the farmer account no. 1442, which is old agricultural land with an area of 2.63 paisa and is entirely owned and occupied by them, free from any encumbrances, without any restrictions. The land is in their full, joint ownership and possession. Therefore, if anyone has any claims, rights, interests, shares, demands or encumbrances of any kind on the said land, they are requested to inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with the supporting documents. If they fail to do so, it will be presumed that there are no claims, rights, interests, shares, demands or encumbrances of any kind on the said land, and if any such claims exist, they are deemed to be relinquished. We will issue the title clearance certificate and no further disputes will be entertained thereafter.
