PUBLIC NOTICE This public notice is hereby given to inform the general public that in the Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-11 (Aslali), Taluka Daskroi, in Moje Village Paladikankaj, within the boundary of Account No. 1512, Block No. 180 (Old Block No. 796, Old Revenue Survey No. 923), total H.Are.Sq.M. 1-15-01, out of which H.Are.Sq.M. 0-43-00 of old tenure agricultural land, valued at Rs. 17.25, Rajeshbhai Karshandas Patel (share 36%), Chiragkumar Natwarlal Patel (share 20%), Vijaybhai Keshavlal Patel (share 15%), Jignesh Purushottam Patel (share 09%), and Preet Jayprakashbhai Patel Gami (share 20%) have jointly requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us, stating that they have independent joint ownership and possession, and that the said land is free from encumbrances. Rajeshbhai Karshandas Patel, Chiragkumar Natwarlal Patel, Vijaybhai Keshavlal Patel, Jignesh Purushottam Patel, and Preet Jayprakashbhai Patel Gami have not obtained any loan or created any encumbrance from any bank, individual, firm, or private institution on the said land. Furthermore, they have not transferred or assigned the said land to any other interested person, and no claims, disputes, or proceedings of any kind are pending in any court or office regarding the said land. If anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, demand, dispute, burden, charge, or lien of any kind on the said land, they must inform us with written evidence by Registered A.D. at the address given below within 7 days from the date of publication of this public notice.
