PUBLIC NOTICE This public notice is to inform the general public that "Western Infaspace", a partnership firm, through its managing partner Chiragkumar Natvarlal Patel, has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us for the non-agricultural land measuring 9683 square meters, located in Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub District Ahmedabad-11 (Aslali), City Survey Ward Nagar-Rachna Ahmedabad, City Survey Ward Paldi Kankaj (non-agricultural), City Survey Number NA166 (of Daskroi Taluka, Moje Gam Paldi Kankaj, Block Number 166, Old Block Number 792, Old Revenue Survey Number 19/2). The firm "Western Infaspace" has stated that they have full independent joint ownership and possession of the said land, and it is free from any encumbrances. The partners of "Western Infaspace" have not created any encumbrance by obtaining loans from any bank, individual, firm, or private institution. Also, the said land has not been transferred or assigned to any other third party, and there are no claims, disputes, or proceedings of any kind pending in any court or office regarding the said land. If there is a failure to do so within the stipulated period, it will be understood that no one else has any share, right, interest, claim, partition, encumbrance, charge, or lien on the said land, or if they did, they have forfeited it.
