Public Notice This is to inform the public that the registration of sale of land, situated in Se, Gandhinagar Taluka, Gandhinagar Sub-district, District Gandhinagar, has been completed. The land, measuring 0-42-49 hectares, in Revenue Survey No. 1285 (Old Revenue Survey No. 1001) and 0-41-48 hectares in Revenue Survey No. 1286 (Old Revenue Survey No. 1002), totaling 0-83-97 hectares of agricultural land, was originally owned by Rupaji Bachuji, Dinaji Bachuji, Dipaji Bachuji and Rameshji Bachuji. This land was sold on March 25, 2025 by the aforementioned owners to Vishalbhai Naajabhai Ahir alias Katariya and Kalpeshbhai Naajabhai Ahir alias Katariya. The sale deed was registered on the same date with the office of the Sub Registrar, Gandhinagar-3, under registration number 3441. With this sale deed, Vishalbhai Naajabhai Ahir alias Katariya and Kalpeshbhai Naajabhai Ahir alias Katariya have established themselves as the sole and joint owners, possessors, and beneficiaries of the land. They have applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for this land, stating that they are the sole and joint owners of this land and that it is free from any encumbrances. They have confirmed that they have not obtained any loans or finance from any bank, person, firm or private institution, and therefore there are no encumbrances on the land. They have also confirmed that they have not transferred or assigned this land to any other person. Further, they confirm that there are no pending claims, lawsuits, or proceedings related to this land in any court. They further confirm that there are no claims, rights, interests, shares, demands, obligations, charges or liens against this land. Anyone with any such claims, rights, interests, shares, demands, obligations, charges or liens against this land must inform us in writing, along with supporting documentation, by Registered Post at the address mentioned below within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.
