Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, if any person, institution, bank, financial institution, society etc. has any claim, share, right, interest, relationship, encumbrance, loan, charge, lien, banakhat, or objection regarding the above property, they must submit their objections in writing to us at the address below within six days. If no objection is received within the stipulated time after the publication of this notice, we will assume that there is no claim, interest, relationship etc. on the said land, or if there is, it is in favor of the land owners.
