Public Notice regarding Title Clearance Killo: Vadodara, Taluka: Waghodia, Village/Moje: Paldi, concerning the agricultural land mentioned below. From the survey number 0-41-48 (area 0-41-48 sq. meters), our client is seeking to purchase 0-20-48 sq. meters. The owners of the above-mentioned land are (1) Patel Daoud Bhai Ali Bhai, (2) Patel Gulam Bhai Ali Bhai, (3) Patel Rasida Suleman, (4) Patel Sufirian Suleman, (5) Patel Mohsin Suleman, (6) Patel Hubedalen Yunush Bhai, (7) Patel Arif Yunush Bhai, (8) Sarfaraz Chunush Bhai. Our client seeks to purchase the land from them and has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, if any person, entity, firm, financial institution, society, etc. has any claim, share, right, interest, relationship, encumbrance, loan, charge, lien, banakhat, objection, etc. on the above-mentioned property, please submit written evidence of the same to us within 6 days at the address mentioned below. If no objection is received within the stipulated period, it will be considered that there are no rights, interests, relationships, etc. of any kind on the said land, or if there are any, they are waived in favor of the owners of the said land.
