Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that the land situated within the Girikunj Co-operative Housing Society Limited (Registered under Registration No. B-1803 in 1956) is owned by the society. This includes the land measuring 475 square meters, equivalent to 569 square yards, held by the shareholders and members of the society, along with constructions thereupon, fully owned and possessed by Benjuben Manichand Shah. We are tasked with the duty of verifying the clear title for the purposes of sale, free from all encumbrances. All persons or institutions holding any claims, charges, trusts, easements, or any interests over this property, under any legal document or court proceedings as an heir or family member, must notify us in writing with proofs within seven days from the publication of this notice. Failing to do so will result in the issuance of a Title Clearance Certificate for the property without further attention to any claims or rights. After this, no complaints will be entertained. M/s H.
