The owner of the property with Flat No.C/3 has decided to sell it to our client and has requested a Title Certificate. If anyone else has any interest, rights, share, or claims, they should inform us in writing with proofs within 7 days by Registered AD post, otherwise they will be considered to have relinquished their claims, and proceedings regarding the Title Clearance Certificate will be carried out.
