Public Notice for Prarthna Upavan Scheme

Public Notice This is a public warning for the general public about plots No. C-197A and C-167B in Prarthna Upavan Scheme. These plots are located in different survey numbers in the village of Pallodiya, Taluk Kalol, Sub-District Kalol, District Gandhinagar. Plot No. C-167A is jointly owned and in possession of our clients, Dilip B. Zaveri, Rajubhai B. Zaveri, Jayraj B. Zaveri, N.B. Zaveri, and D.B. Zaveri, along with Lalit Zaveri. Similarly, Plot No. C-167B is jointly owned and in possession of our clients, Vatsala Zaveri, Kiran R. Zaveri, and Gauri Zaveri, along with Sangita L. Zaveri. The Allotment Deed reflects joint ownership and possession in the name of all the above mentioned individuals. However, Lalitbhai Zaveri and Sangitabhen Zaveri, without the knowledge of our clients, have presented different documents and made false representations to Sanukt Ko. Ho. So. Li. and have obtained share certificates in their sole name. They are now trying to sell these shares. All the names mentioned above have joint ownership in these plots. No individual has the right to sell these plots without the written consent of all the joint owners. Therefore, as our clients have joint ownership and possession of the above mentioned plots, we warn all individuals and organizations not to enter into any dealings with Lalitbhai Zaveri and Sangitabhen Zaveri without the written consent of our clients. જાહેર નોટિસ પ્રાર્થના ઉપવન સ્કીમ માં આવેલ પ્લોટ નં.સી-૧૯૭એ તથાસી-૧૬૭બી માટે જાહેર જનતા માટે જાહેર ચેતવણી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડીસ્ટ્રિક્ટ ગાંધીનગર, સબ- ડીસ્ટ્રિક્ટ કલોલ તાલુકા મોજે ગામ પલોડીયા સીમના જુદા જુદા સર્વે નંબર પર આવેલ પ્રાર્થના ઉપવન સ્કીમ, ની સાનુક્તકો.હો.સો.લીમાં આવેલ પ્લોટ નં સી-૧૬૭એ વાળો પ્લોટ અમારા અસીલો દીલીપ.બી.ઝવેરી રાજ્‌ૂભાઇ.બી.ઝવ૧ ર૨1, જયરાજ.બી.ઝવેરી, એન.બી.ઝવેરી, અને ડી.બી.ઝવેરી સંયુક્ત રીતે ભાઈ લલિત ઝવેરી સાથે માલિકી અને પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટામાં આવેલ છે, તેમજ સી-૧૬૭બી વાળો પ્લોટ અમારા અસીલ વત્સલા ઝવેરી, કિરણ.આર.ઝવેરી અને ગૌરી ઝવેરી સંયુક્ત રીતે સંગિતા.એલ.ઝવેરી સાથે માલિકી અને પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટામાં આવેલછે, એલોટમેંટ ડીડપણ ઉપરોકત તમામ ના નામે સંયુક્ત માલિકી કબજા ભોગવટામાંચાલે છે. પરંતુ લલિતભાઈ ઝવેરી અને સંગીતાબેન ઝવેરી અમારી અસિલોની જાણ બહાર જુદા દસ્તાવેજો બતાવી અને ખોટી રજૂઆતો કરી સાનુકત કો.હો.સો.લી પાસે થી માત્ર પોતાના એકલા ના નામે શેર સર્ટિફિકેટ બનાવી નાખી વેચાણ કરવાની પેરવી કરી રહેલ છે. સદરપ્લોટો ના ઉપરોકત જણાવેલ તમામ નામો ની સંયુક્ત માલિક છે, તમામની લેખિત સંમતિ સિવાય કોઈ પણ બવક્તિ એ કોઇ પણ રીતે વેચવાનો હક કે અધિકાર નથી. આથી ઉપરોકત પ્લોટો માં અમારા અસીલો સંયુક્ત માલિકી કબ્જો ભોગવટો હોય કોઈ પણ બક્્તિ કે સંસ્થા એ અમારા અસીલો ની લેખિત સંમતિ વગર લલિતભાઈ ઝવેરી અને સંગીતાબેન ઝવેરી સાથે કોઈ પણ વ્યવહાર કરવો કરાવો નહીં જે અમો અમારા અસીલની સૂચનાથી ચેતવણી આપીએ છીએ જેની નોંધ લેવી. અમદાવાદ અમારા અસીલ તી સૂચનાથી મારી મારફતે DHARU P.
