Public Notice The scheme known as 'Radhe Villa' is located on non-agricultural land in Block No. 234 (old Block No. 159) of the village of Pallodiya, Kalol Taluka, Gandhinagar District, according to the re-survey of the village boundary. The land measuring 270.17 sq. m. of plot No. 04 in the scheme, excluding the road, road, and common plot falling under the scheme fence, totaling 130.06 sq. m., making a total of 400.23 sq. m. or 478.67 sq. yards, along with the construction of 25.08 sq. m. or 30 sq. yards, is owned by Rajendrasinh Arjunadas Makhija. It has been claimed that the said property is free from all types of encumbrances, including ownership, possession, enjoyment, and legal disputes. A request has been made for an opinion regarding title clearance. Therefore, if anyone has any type of encumbrance, charge, lien, ban, possession right, or share in the said property, they are requested to inform us in writing, along with documentary evidence, at the address below within seven days from the date of this notice. If no such information is received within the stipulated time, it will be assumed that no one has any right in the said property, and if any such right exists, it is deemed to be relinquished. After the expiry of the deadline, a certificate regarding title clearance of the said property will be issued. No objection or dispute will be entertained after that.
