Notice regarding the sale of agricultural land, survey number 829, new block/survey number 587, old survey number 611, situated in the village of Palundra, Dehgam taluka, Gandhinagar district. The land is owned by (1) Jivanlal Manilal, (2) Vinataben, widow of Khodidass, (3) Sonalben Khodidass Sharma, (4) Jagdishkumar Khodidass Shami, and (5) Nimishaben Khodidass Sharma. They have decided to sell the land, which is free from any encumbrances. They have requested a title clearance certificate for the said land. Anyone having any claim, interest, lien, mortgage or gift on the said land is requested to submit their claim with supporting documents to the address below within 7 days from the date of this notice. If no claim is received within the prescribed time, it will be assumed that no person has any claim to the land. Consequently, the title clearance certificate for the said land will be issued.
