The above-mentioned block survey number, old condition agricultural land, is free from encumbrances and marketable, they have requested for a title certificate from us. If anyone has any claim, interest, right, share, relationship, mortgage, banakhaat, possession agreement, understanding agreement, power of attorney, lease pendency, burden, lien, easement, rights, hereditary right, or any other claim whatsoever on the said land, they are requested to inform us in writing, along with documentary evidence, at the following address within 10 (ten) days from the date of this notice.
