Public Notice This is to inform the public that on behalf of and on the part of the proprietary firm named “Messrs Mangalam Marble”, the proprietary owner, Shri Manoj Kumar Indraml Soni, residing at Ambaji, Dist. Banaskantha, has decided to sell the property of the industrial purpose non-agricultural land with a total area of 9409 square meters, bearing account number 235 in the new block/survey number 157 (old survey/block number 89) in the village of Moje Panchha, Danta Taluka, Banaskantha district, and the building of 'Nayara Energy Limited', the company's authorized petrol pump located therein, is completely, independently, and exclusively owned and possessed by the said proprietary firm without any encumbrances. Our client has requested us to obtain a certificate from us that the titles of the said property are clear and marketable. Therefore, if any person has any claim, right, interest, share, or encumbrances on the said property, then they should inform us in writing with supporting documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address given below. If they fail to do so, it shall be deemed that no one has any claim, right, interest, share, or encumbrances on the said land, and if any, they have renounced them.
