This public notice is hereby given to inform that the agricultural land situated in the boundary of Pansora village, Taluka Umreth, District Anand, bearing Account No. 1317, Block/Survey No. 870, with a total area of 0-75-71 Hectare-Are-Sq.m. and assessment of Rs. 17.65, and Account No. 1319, Block/Survey No. 868/Paiki, with a total area of 1-91-22 Hectare-Are-Sq.m. and assessment of Rs. 22.85, is jointly owned as per 7/12 extract by (1) Manubhai Chimanbhai Thakor (2) Sureshbhai Chimanbhai Thakor (3) Sadhubhai Babubhai Thakor (4) Manjulaben Prakashbhai Shanabhai Thakor (widow wife) etc. As they wish to sell the said land to our client Gotaji Somaji Sodha, residing at M. Amarsan, Taluka Mahemdavad, District Kheda, our client has requested a Title Clearance Certificate for the said land from us. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, share, right, interest, part, mortgage, or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, they should inform us with proof via Registered Post A.D. at the address below within 07 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no such information is provided, it will be understood that there are no such claims, shares, rights, interests, parts, mortgages, or encumbrances on the said land, and if there are any, they are deemed to be waived.
