Notice is hereby given to Public at large on behalf of my client, that my clients are going to purchase the property mentioned in the schedule written hereunder. The owner of this property has assured my clients that he has good and marketable title in respect of the said property; however, to get ensured about the same, my clients are publishing this present Notice. Therefore if any person, institution, authority is having any claim like loan, mortgage, gift, sale, agreement, lean, lease, leave and license, etc, he/she/it may raise the objection within 10 days from the date of publication of this Notice; otherwise my clients would proceed with the transaction and no complaint will be entertained thereafter.
