Public Notice This is to inform the general public by us, Advocates Rajesh D. Trivedi and Ashutosh R. Mishra, that our clients, Ms. Manjari Pankaj Ajmera and Harshal Dinesh Kuvadia, residing at 22713 Nishit Mahal Bishing Sar Bhalchandra Road, Platinum Nursing Home opposite, Matunga CR Matunga, Mumbai, have filed a succession application in Civil Suit No. 181/2024, in the Court of the 8th Additional Civil Judge and ACJM, Surat, Gujarat. The application pertains to the immovable property of the deceased Hemant Babulal Shah, who died on 05/07/2020 in Mumbai. The property in question is situated in Surat, Chorasi Subdistrict, at Pardi, Kandde, new block no. 14, non-agricultural land with total area of 80002 sq. meters. Out of this, 39427 sq. meters facing west is subject to the application. This includes 1428.93 sq. meters of land for road alignment and the remaining 3116.36 sq. meters is for plotted land for row houses. After deducting these areas, the remaining land area is 34881.71 sq. meters. The application covers the undivided share of 26.95 sq. meters of land out of the total 39427 sq. meters. It also includes the flat no. 403 on the fourth floor of the housing project known as 'Raj Abhiprak City Homes' in building no. D. 01. This flat has a super built-up area of 760 sq ft (or 60.63 sq. meters) and a built-up area of 47.77 sq. meters. Our clients are the legal heirs to this property.
