The property in Plot number 146 of the society known as “Maheshwar Pak” developed in the said land. The property is area 12 % 40 feet i.e. 480 sq. ft or 44.59 sq. m. As per Surat Municipal Corporation's taxable area the ground floor, first floor and second floor utilization area is 111.22 sq.m including construction. The property and all its related inside and outside rights, interests, and privileges, etc. The documents of the property, the original sale deed registered in the name of Mahanshabhai Dahabhai Solanki on 07/10/2003 under document number 5983 in the Sub-Registrar's office Surat (Navagam), the receipt of registration provided by the Sub-Registrar is missing / not found / not available at present.
