He intends to sell the said land to our client. Therefore, our client has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us regarding the said property. Hence, if any person has any kind of right, interest, claim, share, demand, charge, encumbrance, maintenance right, tenancy right, or any other type of charge on the said property, they must inform the undersigned advocate in writing with documentary evidence regarding their rights and claims at the address mentioned below within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.
