Public Notice. It is hereby informed to all concerned that the property described in the schedule below, currently owned by 1) Smt. Saloni Sandeep Raysoni, whose name after marriage is Saloni Agrawal, R. No. 15, 16 Parasramanagar, Sikar Road, Dehar Ke Balaji, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302029 and 2) Shubham Sandeep Raysoni, 101 Florenza, C.T.S. No. 2105/7, Final Plot No. 470/1, Hare Krishna Road, Thorat Chowk, Shivajinagar, Pune, which they acquired through a gift deed and is in their ownership and possession, is being considered for permanent purchase by our client Smt. Shrimala Santosh Patharkar, R. No. 110, 111, Shivajinagar Gavthan, Pune. The current owners have assured our client that the said property is free from all encumbrances, risks, disputes, and is marketable. Therefore, if anyone has any mortgage, gift, loan, charge, lease, lien, gift, maintenance, development agreement, power of attorney, agreement to sell, receipt of consideration, or any other type of right, interest, or possession over the said property, they should present their documents related to their rights to our office within 8 days from the publication of this notice and satisfy us regarding their rights. Oral complaints will not be entertained. If no one comes forward within the said period, it will be assumed that the said property is completely unencumbered, and if anyone has any rights over the said property, they have knowingly and permanently relinquished them. Our client will then proceed with the transaction, and no further complaints will be entertained. Schedule of Property Description: Property situated in Pune City, Pot Tukdi Taluka Haveli, Pune, within the jurisdiction of Sub Registrar Haveli, and within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation, in the village of Shanivar Peth, Survey No. 470 and 478. Flat No. 21 in Building 'C' of 'Gurudatt Sahawas' building, which is also mentioned as Family Unit No. 154 in the declaration, is on the fourth floor of 'C' Wing. Its built-up area is approximately 66.00 square meters (approximately 711.00 square feet) and carpet area is approximately 58.00 square meters (approximately 624.00 square feet). This includes balcony and internal passages, etc. The said flat/apartment, along with 1.06% undivided share in the common areas and facilities attached to the said property, has the following boundaries: East: Open space to the sky, West: Open road, South: Open space to the sky, North: Lift, and property as per boundaries.
