Public Notice This is to inform that the old agricultural land of the Survey No. 2527, Block/ measuring 0-60-70 sq.m, Khatha No. 3579 situated in the limits of village Pethapur, Sub District Gandhinagar, District Gandhinagar, owned by Mr. Kanani Dushyantbhai Purushottamdas and Mr. Ramesh Bhai Ranchhodbhai Mandaliya is free from any encumbrances. An application has been filed before us for issuing Title Clearance Certificate for the said land. Therefore, any person having any claim, share, interest or right in the said land is hereby requested to submit written proof in this regard within 7 (Seven) days from the date of publication of this notice by registered post at the address mentioned below. If no objection or claim is received within the stipulated time, it will be presumed that there is no claim or interest in the said land and any claim that might have existed has been waived.
