This land is registered in our name and under our direct possession and control. We have not sold or intend to sell this land. Despite this, we have been informed that some unauthorized individuals are claiming ownership of this land and attempting to sell it. Therefore, we are issuing this public notice to warn all individuals not to engage in any transactions or financial dealings regarding this land with these unauthorized individuals. Any such transactions will not be binding upon us, and such individuals will not acquire any rights to the land.
