And this is our property ownership, possession and enjoyment. Our clients have filed a suit No. RD/MS No. 21/2012 in the court of the Hon'ble Principal Civil Judge, Gandhinagar against the original owners and have submitted an application seeking an injunction along with the suit and the Honorable Court has ordered to maintain the status quo of the property in the suit regarding the injunction application and the order is in force.
