Public Notice - Warning This is to inform all concerned that Sunil Madhavlal Gurjar, residing at Kalyan Restaurant, Behind Methodist Church, Fatehganj, Vadodara, has been informed about this public notice and warning. The property owned by Sunil Gurjar, located in the District - Vadodara, Sub-district - Vadodara, Part 2, Village - Nizampura, Survey No. 197/1 & 197/2, Plot No. 12 in Muljinagar Colony, which has a City Survey No. 1103, Sheet No. 40, and an area of 368.12 sq.m., is the subject of this notice. Our client has never given a power of attorney to Sunil Raphael Parmar, residing at 301, Arshivad Flat, Nutan School, Sama, Vadodara, for the said property. However, our client has received information that Sunil Gurjar has created a fake Power of Attorney by forging Sunil Gurjar's signature and fraudulently registering it with the Sub-Registrar on 26-02-2024 under number 41, and subsequently, on 28-02-2024, registered it with the Sub-Registrar under number 1565/2024. This is done to harm the ownership rights of our client in the above-mentioned property. Our client has issued a separate notice on 05-09-2024, informing the public that this Power of Attorney is invalid from the beginning. Therefore, no one should enter into any transaction regarding our client's property with this Power of Attorney. If anyone does so, it will not bind our client. This is a serious warning.
