This is to inform the public that:- Registration District Vadodara, Subdistrict Vadodara, located at Moje Babajipura (Vadodara Kasba) in Survey Number: 400, City Survey Number: 3517/2/149, B-Ticket Number: 27/9, land, in Rajdeep Society, Plot Number: C - 102, with an area of: 130.56 sq. m. (Duplicate Share Certificate No. 000251 Date: 23/02/2023), which has a built-up area of approximately 1000 sq. ft. This entire residential property, the owner (1) Shri Prakash Lakshman Teredesai (2) Vau Teredesai and (3) Smt. Tejal Abhijith Kothiwale daughter of Shri Prakash Teredesai, have requested a title clearance certificate from us, stating that the title of the entire property along with the construction is clear and free from encumbrances. Therefore, if any person or organization has any claim, share, right, interest, right of redemption, encumbrance, lien, etc. on this property or any part thereof, they are requested to inform us in writing within 6 days along with documentary evidence. After the expiry of the notice period, if no objection is received regarding the above land or if any fact is found regarding the submitted evidence, then a title clearance certificate will be issued.
