This is to inform the public that Parmar Lakshmansinh Shivsinh, resident of Sherkhi, Taluka Vadodara, has decided to sell the land measuring 0.62.72 acres, situated in the village Hathipura, Taluka Akalav, survey number 404/P, block number 619, which is in his possession, ownership and free from encumbrances. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, any person, firm, institution, bank, financial corporation, etc. who has any right, interest, share or claim in the said land/property, is requested to inform us in writing within six days, along with documentary evidence. After the expiry of this notice period, in the absence of any objection or claim, a title clearance certificate will be issued to our client. It is hereby clearly noted that no objection will be entertained thereafter.
