Public Notice This is to inform all concerned that an application has been received from Vrajbhoomi, a partnership firm, represented by its Managing Partner Nishant Harshad Bhai Rajput, for a title clearance certificate for a plot of land in Kapurai, Vadodara. The plot is identified as Block/Survey No. 638 (Old Survey No. 576), located in the agricultural land of Kapurai, Vadodara, with an area of 0-47-66 hectares (2.45 paise). This land is part of TP Scheme No. 42 (Kapurai) and corresponds to Final Plot No. 164, with an area of 2860 sq.m., classified as open, non-agricultural land. This land is claimed to be in their direct possession and ownership. Therefore, anyone claiming any right, title or interest in the above-mentioned property is hereby requested to file their objections, in writing, along with supporting documents within 04 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the stipulated time, it will be presumed that the parties concerned have voluntarily relinquished their rights and a title clearance certificate will be issued accordingly.
