Registration District Vadodara, Sub Registration District Vadodara, in Ravpura Section near old Pavagadh Bus Stand, the house which is Survey No. H-067/549. The house has a V.K. No. Section-B, Tika No. 8/2 with Survey No. 218. Of this, the part which is on the west side and has a shop with a measurement of 365 sq. ft is owned by Jagat Subodhbhai Mehta. This property is independently owned, possessed and enjoyed by him. It is agreed that the property will be sold to our client. Our client has requested a Title Clearance from us. Therefore, if any person, institution, firm, company, bank, or any other person has any objection, protest, claim, alakh, right to maintenance, burden, right, or any other kind of right related to the above land, they are requested to inform us in writing within 4 days of the publication of this notice, with proof of their claim. If no objection or dispute is received within the time limit, it will be understood that there is no objection or dispute regarding the said land, or that any objections have been waived. We will issue a Title Clearance certificate for the said land. Thereafter, no objection of any kind will be considered, and any such objection will not affect or bind our client in any way.
