This is a legal notice regarding land located in the village of Raipur, Survey No. 250 (New Survey No. 81), measuring 0-07-33 Hectare-Are-Square meter, with an assessed value of ₹0.65. The land is currently registered under Khata No. 351 in the names of Leelaben (widow of Shantiji), Vinuji Shantiji, Dipaji Shantiji, Sureshjii Shantiji, Dabhi Ravikumar Danaji, Sitaben (widow of Shakaraji Somaji), Menaben Shakaraji Thakor, Sajanben Danaji, Bhalaji Shakaraji Thakor, Rameshji Shakaraji Thakor, Keshiben (widow of Bhikhaji), Rameshbhai Bhikhubhai Dabhi, and Kalaji Bhikhaji Dabhi. However, the ancestors of those currently named in the revenue records – Shantiji Somaji, Bhikhaji Somaji, Shakaraji Somaji, Danaji Somaji, and Rupaben (widow of Somaji Savaji) – executed an irrevocable power of attorney in favor of Mahendrakumar Punjabhai Patel, residing at 79, Rajdhani Bungalows, Ramwadi Tekra, Isanpur, Ahmedabad, on July 7, 1992, before the Mamlatdarshri, Gandhinagar. Subsequently, on November 3, 1992, they entered into a sale agreement with our client for ₹25,000 in the presence of witnesses. Since 1992, the land has been in the possession of our client.
