Jat District, Ahmedabad Sub-District, Ahmedabad Taluka, Sanand, Village- Morraiya, Revenue Survey No. 441, Plot No. 10 and 11, comprising a total of 9840 square meters of land, industrial purpose, non-agricultural land, located on the “Kushal Industrial Park” scheme, all sheds of which are owned by Hansaben Dhaneshhyamsinh Parmar and Sanjogkumar Narshibhai Makwana. The property includes Shed No. 58 with 102.46 square meters of land along with the land behind shed No. 58, and an additional 38.54 square meters of land from the total plot, totaling 141 square meters of land along with the 93.99 square meters of construction on it, and terrace rights for the road and all permanent rights related to the shed. This property is owned and possessed by (1) Hansaben Dhaneshhyamsinh Parmar and (2) Sanjogkumar Narshibhai Makwana, and is free of any encumbrances. We have received a request for a Title Clearance Certificate from the sellers who have decided to sell this property. If anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, or any other encumbrance on this property, they are required to contact us in writing along with proof within 7 (seven) days of this notice at the address below. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the fact that no other person has any claim, right, interest, share or encumbrance on the said property.
