Within the boundaries of Rajpur-Hirpur in Maninagar taluka, under TP Scheme Number 4, at Final Plot Number 19 (Subplot number 1), included in the city survey as City Survey Numbers 2015 approx. 339.85 sq.m., 2016 approx. 83.325 sq.m., 2017 approx. 83.325 sq.m., and 2018 approx. 8.925 sq.m., totaling 515.425 sq.m. equivalent to 616-448 square yards of plot area. The property, which includes a bungalow's ground and first floor construction, is independently owned by Rohit Krishnavadan Parikh and Arunbhai Ve Parikh. This property is registered in their names and is free of all encumbrances as per the records. A Title Clearance Certificate request has been made for the said property.
