Public Notice District Sub-District Ahmedabad-7 (Odhav) of Maninagar Taluka in the village Rajpur-Hirpur, T.P. Scheme No. 4 Final Plot No. 60, Sub-Plot No. 7 land situated on “Sakar Owners Association” ground floor shop no. 6, approximately 230.80 sq. ft or 21.44.18 sq. meters of property was first allotted to Shashikantbhai Ganpatrai Pandya on 20.08.1989 by Sakar Owners Association with Share Certificate No. 004 for one share of Rs. 2. 100/- Thereafter, Pitambar Narayan Das Mangnani sold the said property to Shashikantbhai Ganpatrai Pandya which was registered with the Sub Registrar's Office Ahmedabad-7 (Odhav) with serial number 2954 on 30.10.1995. Subsequently, (1) Mohanlal K. Jain and (2) Ilabhen Mohanlal Jain sold the said property to Pitambar Narayan Das Mangnani which was registered with the Sub-Registrar's Office Ahmedabad-7 (Odhav) with serial number 3366 on 15.12.1998 The said society has lost the original share certificate issued by them and despite much effort, it has not been found. The society has issued a duplicate share certificate. This public notice is issued as part of the proceedings. If any other person, institution or firm has any claim, right, interest, relation, mortgage, encumbrance, alakh, easement rights on the said property, then inform this notice in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication along with documentary evidence to us at the address below. If they fail to do so, they will not have any right to the said property and if they do, they will have waived it. Assuming that, our client will be given a title clearance certificate of the said property after which there will be no dispute of any kind. The public should take note of this.
