Public Notice The land under tenancy rights, survey no. 142 part of TP Scheme No. 9 FP No. 9, plot no. 4 and 4-A, covering an area of 5297 sq.m. in the limits of Rajpur-Hirpur, Maninagar Taluka of Ahmedabad district is in the independent ownership and direct possession of AGWE STEEL MANUFACTURERS PRIVATE LIMITED, free from all kinds of encumbrances, obstructions, or interventions. This property is completely owned by them as declared by Director Pallav Babubhai Shah and he has decided to sell it to us. We have also requested a Title Clearance Certificate for the said property. If any person has any kind of claim, interest, or part in the mentioned property, they must inform within 7 days at the address below, along with written proof, after which no disputes or claims of any kind by anyone will be entertained and are considered waived, and a Title Clearance Certificate will be provided accordingly.
