Property owned by Rajnikant Harjivantdas Soni and Minaben Rajnikant Soni, joint owners in full and independent, direct possession and enjoyment. Of the successive documents of the property, (1) Original Reg. Deed No. 28016, dated 19-11-1947, and the original registration receipt, (2) Original Reg. Deed of Assignment No. 8823, dated 18-09-1964, and the original registration receipt, (3) original NOC issued by Manekchowk Khoda Hore Panjara Trust, (4) copy NOC issued by Charitable Commissioner, (5) copy Reg. These are lost and therefore the owners are claiming sole ownership rights over the property, stating that there is no encumbrance, rights, interest, rights, mortgage, lien, charge, burden, or solvent relating to the property. The owners have requested a title clearance certificate. If anyone has any interest, claim, share, or other related rights, please contact us at the address below within seven days with proof of the registered ownership.
