The property in question, 'Ground Floor Shop No. E-4' with an area of 598 sq. ft. or 55.56 sq. m. (Super Built-up Area) belongs to Pree Agarwal, resident of Bopal, Ahmedabad. The property is owned and possessed independently by him. This property is free from all kinds of encumbrances. He has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us. If any other person, other than him, has any kind of claim, interest, lien charge, objection, dispute or any other kind of charge on this property, then it must be reported in writing along with a certified copy of the proof within 10 days at the address below. If this is not done, it will be assumed that the property has no rights or interests, and any existing rights or interests will be waived in favor of the property owner.
