Public Notice Registration District: Ahmedabad, Sub-District: Ahmedabad-1 (Lali) Taluk: Vatva, Village: Ramol. The land in question is located in Block/Survey numbers: (1) 526/12 with an area of 0-96-11 sq.m. (Rs. 2862.37) (2) 527 with an area of 0-48-56 sq.m. (Rs. 032.44) (3) 528/12 with an area of 0-46-54 sq.m. (Rs. 4.25) (4) 529/112 with an area of 0-47-55 sq.m. (Rs. 4.37). This non-agricultural land is part of T.P. Scheme number: 108 (Ramol) and comprises of Final Plot number: 72/1-72/2+273/1, totaling 14326 sq.m. (Permission granted by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation with permission number: 0011D24250216 dated 13/08/2024). Out of this land, Sub-plot number: 2, measuring 4690.41 sq.m. of non-agricultural land was purchased by our client Nirvaan Developers, a partnership firm, with office at 216, Second Floor, Ravija Plaza, Thaltej, Shilaj Road, Ahmedabad on 12.03.2025 from M. Balaji Developers, a partnership firm, through registration document number: 4000. This sale has been recorded in the revenue record with entry number: 11702. We are hereby notifying that our client Nirvaan Developers has absolute ownership and possession of this land, which is free from any encumbrance. In the absence of any other claim, interest, share or encumbrance on this land, we have been requested to issue a Title Clearance Certificate for the same. We hereby notify that if any individual has any claim, interest, share, encumbrance or charge on the above mentioned non-agricultural land, they are required to provide proof of such claim with attested copies of original documents within seven days from the date of this notice, at our office address. Failure to do so will be construed as a waiver of all rights, interest, share, encumbrance or charge on the land. The Title Clearance Certificate will be issued accordingly.
