Public Notice Jat District Sub District, Chandlodiya Taluka, Ahmedabad. This notice is regarding the land situated in the survey no. 136 of the Oganj village, where Oganj Park Plot Owners Association is located. In this area, the owner of sub-plot no. 48, Kusumben R. Bodiwala, who has ownership and possession of this plot, land and share certificate no. 570, has applied to us for a title clearance certificate for this non-agricultural residential plot. If any person has any kind of share, right, interest, claim, alako or any kind of burden, contract, possession, sale contract, document on this land for non-agricultural residential purpose, then he should inform us in writing with documentary proof within 7 days from the publication of this notice. If this is not done, then it will be considered that there is no claim, right, share or burden, and if there is, it is considered waived. Then we will issue a title clearance certificate for this non-agricultural residential plot. It is to be understood that no objection will be accepted after the issuance of this certificate.
