Public Notice This is to inform the public that our client wishes to purchase the property of Sub Plot No. A/207, located in the Gokul Co. Op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., situated on the non-agricultural land of Block No. 1437, 1438 and 1439 in the village of Rancharda, Taluka Kalol, District Gandhinagar. The property has an area of 1031 square yards and is owned, occupied and enjoyed by Smt. Smitabhen Mukeshbhai Mehta. Therefore, they have applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for the above-mentioned property. There are no restraining orders of any kind by any Civil Court on the said plot and there is no encumbrance, right, interest, share, claim, alakh, burden, charge or lien of any kind by anyone. If anyone has any such encumbrance, right, interest, share, claim, right of maintenance, alakh, burden, charge or lien, then they should inform us in writing along with supporting documents within 7 days from the date of this public notice at the address mentioned below.
