Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that on a non-agricultural land located in Rancharda area within Kalol Taluka of Gandhinagar District, Survey Block/Survey No. 220 (Old Survey No. 481), a residential scheme named Arjun Orchards developed by Abhiyog Cooperative Housing Society Limited includes Plot No. 51, with an area of 4681 sq. m (4579.89 sq. m on site). Piyushbhai Ajitbhai Shah, presently residing in the USA, has claimed his complete ownership rights without any hindrance or interference, excluding any rights as a member of Abhiyog Cooperative Housing Society. He has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us for this land. Moreover, if anyone has any form of interest, share, claim, burden, or any rights relating to the aforementioned land, please provide written notification along with authenticated proof to the address below within seven days. If this is not done, it will be presumed that no such rights exist, and all such rights are considered waived in favor of the aforementioned owner.
