Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the non-agricultural land located on Block No. 433, 434 of the village Rancharda in Kalol taluka of Registration Sub-District Kalol, District Gandhinagar, belonging to Surjan Co-operative Housing Society Limited, known as Surmya-II, Sub-Plot No. BF-6, Surmya-II, measuring 718 sq. yards of non-agricultural land, is owned by Rameshchandra Trivedi and Vaibhav Rameshchandra Trivedi, and is free from all encumbrances. Our client has decided to sell this land to them. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us for this land. If any individual, bank, institution, or corporation has any kind of claim, right, charge, or any other right on the above land, they are requested to submit a written notice along with a certified copy of supporting documents to us at the address below within 15 days by registered post. If this is not done, it will be deemed that all rights of the said person have been waived in favor of the land owners. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે, ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ ગાંધીનગરના રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સબ-ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ કલોલના કલોલ તાલુકાના મોજે રાંચરડા ગામની સીમના બ્લોક નંબર-૪૩૩, ૪૩૪ પૈકીની બીનખેતીની જમીન ઉપર આવેલ સર્જન કો.ઓ.હા.સો.લી. કે જે સુરમ્ય-॥ તરીકે ઓળખાય છે. સદર રમ્ય-॥ ના સબ-પ્લોટ નંબર-BF-6 સુરમ્ય-॥) કે જે ૭૧૮ સમચોરસવાર બીનખેતીની જમીન વિશાલ રમેશચંદ્ર ત્રિવેદી અને વૈભવ રમેશચંદ્ર ત્રિવેદીએ પોતાની કુલ સંયુકત માલીકી પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટામાં તમામ બોજાઓથી મુકત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારા અસીલને વૈચાણ આપવાનું નકકી કરેલ છે અને અમારા અસીલે અમારી પાસેથી સદરહુ જમીનના ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. ઉપરોક્ત જમીનમાં કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ, બેંક, સંસ્થા, નિગમનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હકક, ચાર્જ, કે અન્ય કોઈ હકક પોશાતો હોય તો તેની લેખીત જાણ આધાર પુરાવાની પ્રમાણીત નકલ સાથે અમોને નીચેના સરનામે દિન-૧૫માં રજીસ્ટ્ડએ.ડી. થી કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે અગર કસુરદાર થશે તો ઉપરોકત તમામ હકકો જે તે ઈસમોએ જમીનના માલીકોની તરફેણમાં જતા વેઈવ કરેલ છે, તેમ સમજી સદરહુ જમીનનું ટાઈટલ કલીયરત્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અને વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ કરાવી લેવાની કાર્યવાહીઓ કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં.
