Public Notice for Tulip Celeste

This is to inform the general public that: The land measuring 659.70 square meters (574 square meters net area) located within the 'Tulip Celeste' scheme, established by Suryakuti Plot Owners Association, situated on non-agricultural land belonging to new block number-668 (old block number-267) as per the resurvey in the village of Rancharda, sub-district and taluka Kalol, district Gandhinagar, including the undivided land in the road-path and common plot area of sub-plot number-1220, along with the undivided rights in common amenities of the said association, including share certificate, allotment, and membership rights, is being sold by Laxmanbhai Acharatlal Patel and Sunandaben Laxmanbhai Patel, both residents of 5, Vaishali Apartment, Darshan Society, Sardar Patel Stadium Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, as their sole, joint, and undivided ownership and possession, free from any encumbrances. Therefore, if any person, bank, firm, or organization has any right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, then they are required to inform us in writing along with supporting documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address mentioned below by registered post A.D. If this is not done, it will be presumed that there is no claim, right, interest, share, or encumbrance of any kind of any other person on the said land, and if there is any, it has been relinquished.
