Therefore, all concerned persons are hereby given this public notice that the applicants of this case have filed the above-mentioned civil miscellaneous application in this court. The applicants' grandfather Panchal Meethabhai Mohanbhai, who died 5 years ago, his direct heir Hiralen, who passed away on 06-04-2021. While his son Bhikha Bhai passed away on 11-04-2021. They had a saving account in the name of Indian State Bank, Lavarpur with account number 31606K72844, and an account number 60096035120 in the name of Ahmedabad District Co-operative Bank, Lavarpur, and an account number 5111291910 in the name of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Lavarpur, and a Fixed Deposit Account Number 10B004274423 at A.D.C. Bank Lavarpur, which was made on 11-09-16. This is deposit number 0575656. Also, Mouje Randesan, Taluka Gandhinagar, Survey Number 233*234 P B, TP Number 5, Final Plot Number 1, Shrirung Nagar Block Number A, Flat Number 2, First floor with a measurement of 85.28 square meter super built-up area, and land share of 35.54 sq. meters. This property was registered on 18-03-2016 by document number 4284. Also, Hiraben Meethabhai, Hiralen Meethabhai and Bhikha Bhai Geetabhai Panchal had a saving account in Kotak Mahindra Bank, Lavarpur with account number 5011290029. Also, there is a house in the name of Hiraben in the village of Lavarpur, Taluka Gandhinagar. To get this property, the applicant has filed an application in this court for a succession certificate under the above-mentioned C.M.A. No. 96/2024. Therefore, if any person has any objection to giving the above property to the applicant, then they should appear in this court in person or through their Advocate before 26-09-2024.
