Public Notice for Raghv Industrial Estate

This is to inform the public that the land with survey numbers 234, 238/1, 238/2 and 239, city survey number P4 237, 238/1, 238/2 and 239, sheet number N99, in the village of Ranholi, Taluka Vadodara, District Vadodara, measuring 20943.00 sq.m., is being sold by the owners: (1) Patel Ratilal Ravjibhai, (2) Shuker (0 Rasiklal Vrajlal, (3) Patel Rameshchandra Ranchhodbhai. The land is part of the 'Raghv Industrial Estate' scheme and includes Plot No. 6, a non-agricultural open land for industrial purposes, measuring 1383.00 sq.m. The land also includes 438.52 sq.m. of unallocated road area, totaling 1821.52 sq.m. If any individual, firm, institution, etc. has any interest, rights, claims, charges, liens, mortgages, easements, maintenance rights, etc. in this land, they are requested to inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 15 days of the publication of this notice. Failure to do so will be considered as a waiver of any rights to the property. The title clearance certificate for this land will be issued on the assumption that no person or entity has any rights or that they have voluntarily relinquished them. Our client will then proceed with the transfer transactions/deeds of this land.
