Plot No. 148, out of the registered land, excluding the land falling in the road line, the remaining approximately 4244.21 sq.m. land, out of which approximately 1852.63 sq.m. non-agricultural land towards the west, in "River Point Residency", on the 4th floor, Flat No. 401, is owned by Farida Rauuf Dadani. The previous sale document of the said property is registered on 29/04/2008 through document No. 8234. The original registration receipt (R.R.) of the said sale document is missing. If the said original registration receipt (R.R.) is deposited with any bank, private or government institution providing financial assistance, please inform our advocate in writing with supporting documents within six days of the publication of this public notice. After the expiry of the time limit, it will be assumed that the said original registration receipt (R.R.) is missing and not deposited with any institution and "Title Clearance Certificate" will be issued.
